James met his wife, Cynthia, and they built their dream home and had their beautiful daughter, Keira, all at Desert Mountain. As a volunteer for the Desert Mountain Trails committee, his passion for the vibrant future of Desert Mountain has only grown. After graduating from St. John's University in Minnesota, with a degree in communications, James worked as a financial planner, broker and retirement specialist for top financial companies including Charles Schwab. He then joined Cynthia in real estate and together they ran their own company at Desert Mountain for more than 10 years before joining Russ Lyon|Sotheby's International Realty at Desert Mountain. In his life in the entertainment industry as a singer/songwriter, music publisher and actor, James has opened for national music acts, written original compositions for film, radio and television and even landed the lead role in a full length movie. He loves hiking, biking, golf, tennis and intensive crossfit style workouts and understands that his family is truly blessed to live, work and play at Desert Mountain. See you out on The Trails!
